Born in 1968, in St. Louis, MO, Penny grew up as flamboyantly graceful dancer. She had dreams of becoming a professional oil painter, but to begin to make ends meet, Penny began to sell her body. When she turned 18 in 1986, she took up a sugar baby life style.

 

Penny was a very intelligent, and persuasive individual who graduated high school with Cum Laude. Despite her strong intuition, and intellect, Penny wasn't able to escape murder. On the 19th of August, Penny was found dead in a grey, Toyota car that didn't belong to her, or any of her clients. Spray-painted red on the car's exterior read "September 16th, 1986" and was signed with the initials "DGE" 

 

When Penny passed away, there were 3 previous sugar daddies who were removed as murder suspects due to finding unidentifiable Y chromosomes on her body.

 

Trina the Train Lady, one of Penny's sugar mommies at the time of murder, remained as a plausible suspect due to the found DNA around Penny's neck; her cause of death was ultimately found to be hand-held strangulation tactics. ​
